THANKS for the vidéo I have just a small problem I used Always in KUMITE to Work geri techniques and my coches Say that i do them perfectly but the problem IS in tsuki waza I forget to Work with my hands "LIKE TAKEWONDO" I win only with ura and Mawashi Can you tell me please how Can I Improve hand kicks and use them in attack ❤️🧡💛💚I really need your advice Anzhelika ❤❤🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗OSS!

Hello mam ... mam if we stop the opponent with the kick when he'll move left or right ... He'll keep his hands ready for protection .. then how'll get the point?
