Get ready for Dr. Anthony Chaffee, the bold physician with a carnivorous twist!
Dr. Chaffee's no ordinary doctor; he's a neurosurgery expert with a flair for nutrition and athletics.
He's not just a brainiac; he's a former All-American rugby sensation who knows the power of diet in performance.
At 20, he dared to go all in on a carnivore diet for five years, flipping the script on plant toxicity and evolution.
Dr. Chaffee takes you on a journey through the annals of human adaptation, from the dawn of meat-eating to the late arrival of plants.
He's got a beef with biased research and a mission to align theories with reality.
Dive into the carnivore lifestyle with Dr. Chaffee's all-inclusive meaty diet, no greens, no junk, just pure carnivorous adventure!
Have you ever considered how your dietary choices align with your evolutionary history and biological adaptation? How might understanding this relationship influence your approach to nutrition?
When it comes to plant-based foods, have you ever thought about the potential toxins and chemicals they contain, and how these substances could impact your health? How might this awareness now impact your food choices and dietary habits?
If you've ever contemplated following a specific diet, such as a carnivore diet, have you thought about how it aligns with your individual needs, especially if you are suffering with health problems? How open are you to exploring dietary changes as a long-term lifestyle choice rather than a short-term solution?
Ready to savor the flavors of ancestral wisdom and optimal health?

Can someone please tell me how a beef only "lion diet" can supply all nutritional requirements??? When I enter the info into Chronometer it is seriously lacking in several minerals, fat soluble vitamins, b vitamins, omega 3's, etc. And even if present, some are only available in minute quantities. I really need to understand this. 6+ month carnivore here, btw, so not dissing the diet. I would honestly just like to understand how this could work longterm when so many nutrients are lacking.
@lilaschwarz1236
@lilaschwarz1236 4 ай бұрын
You need much less of the mentioned minerals and vitamins due to the lack of plants absorbing or blocking them. Red meat has loads of b-vitamins and the right omega-3s. The omega-3s from plants are nowhere near essential and also not as easily (if at all) bioavailable. Have you checked if there are any official institutions contributing to or hosting the mentioned page?

If you want to know what is actually true when it comes to what humans should be eating, Please refer to Loren Lockman’s channel. A great starting point is to watch a few videos from Loren Lockman, having to do with “What is Food” and what belongs in the human body.

@@jennifermarlow. The problem in researching history to understand what we should be eating lies in the simple fact that we are not looking back far enough. The ancestors we study had already been forced from there natural environment which cause many generations after to wander, just trying to survive, probably eating anything we could find along the way, because there was no more abundance of fruit. We’ve sort of stayed lost in Survior mode simply because we don’t remember where we actually came from and what that looks like. (I maintain that our natural environment is the tropical forests where we need little clothes, simple shelter ((or a big enough tree canopy)) and we had all The food we could possibly ask for dripping from the trees. Fortunately, eating meat isn’t what is letting people get healthy, it’s the removal of all the other “foods” from the diet like grains, dairy, superfoods, and most of all ultra processed, packaged, canned or bottled crap. We are and always have been frugivores. We are amazingly adaptable and are able to survive on almost anything. (I have an old friend who lived on Beer and cheese pizza for 60 years! Not only are we most closely related to Chimpanzees and Bonobos, they are mostly related to humans. More so than any other primate. They have a virtually identical digestive tract as we do and the main food source is fruit and some soft tender leaves. If I’ve lost you, just think about what is the best type of food for ANY species. Raw organic uncooked things it their whole form. Unprocessed. How many people on the “carnivore diet” eat raw meat in its whole form with no seasoning, in its whole form, meaning to really be carnivore you not only drink the blood of the animal as it’s dying, but you eat all of the organs and meat and usually the contents of the intestines, you know for magnesium..
