If you are new here, hi! We are Jade and Jarvis travelling Australia in our 79 series Landcruiser!
We start todays video at Albert Tognolini free camp before we start our 5 day stay at Karijini National Park.
On day 1 our first Gorge is at Dales Gorge which is a 2.4km return walk and includes Fortescue Falls and Fern Pool. After making our way down we swim at Fern Pool before also taking a dip at Fortescue Falls. We then complete the rest of the walk through the gorge.
On day 2 we did the Upper Weano Gorge walk and Hancock Gorge to Kermit’s pool.
We start off on the Hancock Gorge track which was the hardest track we did whilst at Karijini. We jumped in at Kermit’s pool for a dip which was freezing but so fun!
Once we made our way back we also completed the Upper Weano Gorge tack. We were unable to do the Lower Weano Gorge track due to a millipede infestation.
On day 3 we start our day off at Knox Gorge before heading to Joffre falls. We decided to swim at Joffre falls before going to Joffre View to finish.
On day 4 we do the 9km return hike at Mount Bruce. It was super windy but such an incredible hike and rewarding hike.
On our final day, day 5, we finish up our time at Karijini at Hamersley Gorge. We swam in the Spa Pool for one final dip in the National Park.
After our stay at Karijini we set up camp at Tom Price for a peaceful night in the mountains.
