@@RotGolem For some of the shit, I would blame maintenance and complacency. The Southwest Airlines engine cowling coming off (likely ground and pilots did not spot the unlatched latches), and totally pinning the tire falling off on United's maintenance team. But yeah, Boeing has had issues with like rags left inside fuel tanks and stuff, I think it's a feeling now that Boeing's top execs need to be engineers again and not accountants and marketing experts.

My great great grandma was wheelchair bound from arthritis during ww1 and ww2, she didn't get to work on machines but her sewing was so good my uncles and cousins from that time in the branches would repair and alter their uniforms so well they would go to her vs. the base for help fixing them to standard. Have you noticed that on this channel that some of or all of the countries have one specific thing that they always talk about? Like how Japan is the country that is always saying for other countries to not touch the boats. Or how Poland is always saying that they want to fight against another country. Or how the United States is always talking about how their military is much better equipped and trained than most other countries. Or how recently France has been very aggressive towards Russia for the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

The concerning thing is that Boeing is still _building_ and _maintaining_ those war aircraft, and the things that have been called out haven't all been _design_ flaws. MISSING SCREWS isn't a design flaw; that's a "build" flaw, and that could creep in if we don't make sure they fix things up fast.

2:42, uhh actually it’s the mechanics that do all the maintenance not engineers, they just design everything and telling the mechanics their doing all wrong. Never ever call a mechanic an engineer and vis versa, it is an insult. If you are not familiar, there tends to be beef between them. At least that’s my understanding of it

@@autoparts101 I would say they need to fix the mind set of "do as little as possible for the highest pay possible" in their workforce. Their workforce is complacent and feels they can't be replaced and the work will never end due to government contracts.
