INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE DOUGH:
Milk= 1 cup
Saffron= 1 pinch
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/2 tsp
Sugar= 1 tsp
Fresh Yeast= 10 gm
Salt= 1/2 tsp
All Purpose Flour= 400 gm
Almond= 100 gm
Desi Ghee= 3 tbsp
FOR THE FILLING:
Paneer= 70 gm
Rose Petals
Pishtachio= 10 gm
Almond= 10 gm
Fennel= 1 pinch
Green Cardamom Powder= 1 pinch
Tutti Frutti
Dry Cherry= 20 gm
Coconut Powder= 2 tbsp
Salt= 1 pinch
FOR THE TOPPING:
