Honestly…. The two kids with the father look the happiest! They have a sense of style that is their own, they smile in more pictures, they also look healthier… like maybe they aren’t depressed and or under Kate’s thumb and maybe go to the gym and have friends

What an odd looking cake.

I remember growing up with my mother watching their show and bonding with her over it, the sextuplets birthday is a day after mine which is why I like to keep in touch with them. Last year a few of the kids went live and oh my gosh I crushed on Alexis hard bc she was sm like me in a way, I still have a bit of a happy crush and it isn't going away anytime soon lol

Who made the cake? So sad Kate is still more concerned about being in control of those kids than about her children’s mental health. To ensure they were alienated is such abuse. How she can she happy how she’s contributed to their anguish? Reckless human being.

"We were so thrilled, we decided to try for one more." - Jon In reality, Kate pressured Jon to have another child and even stated this in Jon and Kate: + 8, but he eventually gave in. I presume he eventually gave in to make her happy and not make it a bigger issue because Kate tends to do that a lot, but unfortunately, it became a HUGE issue because look what happened to their family? We all know Kate tore the family apart because of the publicity she desperately wanted which added additional stress to her innocent family. He seemed to be initially quite happy in the beginning with only Mady and Cara, and no more children were necessary to complete their family, but Kate had to take control again and manipulate the situation. I don't think Jon was "so thrilled" to have another child let alone sextuplets, but regardless, 20 years later, Jon has shown unconditional love for his 8 children and seems to be more of a hands on and supportive dad than Kate ever was, who instead seems to love the media attention and herself vs. her "forever babies." In the end, I don't think Collin was abusive. He may have health issues and when he was just a child, but we have no idea what is going on behind closed doors and there is so much we don't know about.
