I live in the uk and the theories here are bonkers: from her being dead to her finally getting enough of Will's cheating (if that is true). It's just weird that she has not been seen for so long. Her father in law is having treatment as well but he is still showing up in public. They said she was going through one round of preventative chemo but maybe it was more than that?

Honestly, my read on this is just, "she's really sick. She's taking the year off to recover." No conspiracy, no cloak and dagger BS. She's just really sick. That's all. To me, it's a non-issue. I hope she beats it and is able to heal.

The palace PR did a lot of press for Charlie. Updates about his health, pics of him flying in a chopper to rest for the weekend etc. Nothing similar was done for Kate. They say it's her team's choice. That team is really doing nothing.

Hope she does everything in her power to fight it. A lot of people pass from cancer because they are scared of chemo and try all kinds of "alternative" methods which allows the cancer to grow. My mother was diagnosed with an aggressive form of uterine cancer at age 60, stage 3. She followed her doctor's suggestion and had surgery 3 days after her diagnosis, had her uterus and ovaries removed, followed by 6 months of chemo and radiation. She is now 72 years old and although has a few health issues, no more cancer for over 11 years.

I think there's a mix of her wanting privacy to recover, protecting the kids, "The Firm" not handling things or communicating well ("never complain, never explain" is guaranteed to backfire these days), and the conspiracy theorists stirring the pot.

good lord. bless her. my dad went through a whole cancer scare the first half of this year. that was so stressful and the only treatment he needed was surgery, I cannot imagine what they're going through with chemo. I hope everything is going well for her. She should just focus on her health and being a mom, none of this is fair to her or her family. The conspiracy I still think is they're using her to divert from how sick their new king is and how he's getting ready to pass. I don't think it's anything more. Also Kate was the black sheep (a mere commoner) until Megan came along.

So to show concern for a person's whereabouts is invading their privacy? If i were missing for 6 months, i dam sure would want people to ask questions. No one is asking Kate Middleton to talk about her cancer. I think at this point, people just want her to get out of a car and wave, like Charles is doing. That takes very little energy. If she is working on projects. If she is doing activities with her children, as the British media is reporting, then why can't she step out, and wave briefly to the people. That little gesture, would go a long way, in shutting down the rumors. "Trooping" is coming up. Why can't Kate Middleton, step out on the balcony for a few seconds, and wave. How much energy will that take? The Queen was out on the balcony waving, only a few months before her passing. She looked frail, but she wanted to assure her people, that she was still around. You telling me, that Kate Middleton, at only 42 years of age, can't do that? Then that tells me, that she's not physically able too. It's why the palace need to stop lying. No more fake pictures. No more body doubles. No more A.I. Just say what it is.

I doubt she ever even reached the age of 42. The last time she was actually seen was Christmas Day 2023. Thus, she's been missing for over five months.

The "public" isn't convinced, TWO publications not always noted with truthful information have speculated this for CONTENT. It has never been revealed what type of cancer she has, although it is a matter of record that she did have abdominal surgery. So many factors might be at play here---chemo might have caused her to lose her hair, she might have medical appliances associated with intestinal disorders, she might be totally wiped out energy wise, she might, and probably DOES need to solely focus on positive energy required to get well, as well as private time to be with her children and family away from the public glare. What she DOESN'T need, are goulash proclamations that have no basis of information or truth.

It's not the fact that she should have to discuss her cancer with anyone, she should absolutely not have to. That said as Royals, who work for the people, I think they have fueled it by not keeping the public informed. I have yet to have met a person who would go through the agony of chemotherapy as a preventative treatment. I have also known those who have had surgery to remove cancer but once opened they discover it is to far gone and there is not much that can be done. The new so called Royals seem more concerned with socialising, garden parties and avoiding the public. The monarchy needs to be gone with.

I think the royal family isn't speaking or using PR the same because it's King Charles now. Who knows what's going on with changes since the Queen passed away. Also Kate was onboard with the Royal rules, so maybe she doesn't want to be seen in a different light. Her husband could be one of those men who leave their wife when she becomes seriously ill. Multiple things can be true at once. Imo it looks like the royal family is falling apart, which could lead to bigger changes. Maybe they all need time to process all this and see how things go.

God forbid a woman in the public eye, a woman who's a princess (i think it's a bit different from say an actress or singer, she can't really retire because she sort of is her job, despite not being the heir herself) ask for a bit of privacy while battling cancer and/or be a bit opaque to preven her very young children from reading it on the news. I had cancer eleven years ago with surgeries, chemotherapy and radiation. It took a year for all of that and more months to completely recover. I’m cancer free ten years now and fine. Give Catherine a break. My cancer was. Year of hell. She’s only started her treatment five months ago. Give her a break! A year is not that long for cancer treatment and recovery. She doesn’t need to do a livestream. Everyone leave her alone and let her heal! Of course she’s alive. All of this is not everyone’s business.

I think she's dead and has been since at least the middle of January. Everything I see and hear about her situation is just bizarre and/or contradictory, then add that there's no real evidence that she's anywhere is what makes me think so.

Click bait! Sad that you are putting Princess Catherine in a terrible light. I have had cancer since March 10, 2006. I had both chemo and radiation treatment several times. My experience was I lost all of my hair exactly 2 weeks. Even though I thought I was emotionally ready but when it happened I was devastated. Stress is very hurtful. It took a good year before my hair grew back. I'm sorry you need to think you need to use potty mouth to get your point across. People who have to talk in that matter do not have good control of the king's english.

As someone who went thru cancer and treatment and surgeries... It took 2 years just to get through that. I wouldn't want to be seen either.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, here's my conspiracy theory... Since when did questioning a narrative become some steroetyped quackery? That would be when certain members of an elite group coined the term - to cover themselves when people started uncovering there nefarious deeds. As in she might be a deceased member soon. But she might also recover. They just want to not startle people by saying it directly. I did Chemo/Radiation/Chemo 5 Blood Transfusions 3 Surgeries. Took care of mom with Diabetes and Dementia. Moved her 3 times. Sold her house. All since January 2023. Still on Chemo for inoperable Stage 3 Cancer. Kate is dead
