WOW! I've had one of these since I bought it on a whim years ago! I use the induction top all the time but never have used the grill! Now I'm going to try the grill! LOL!

Great! I'm glad you're getting it out again. Get creative with it.. Use any pan that a magnet will stick to. Try some cast iron cooking with it. Works great!

Looks great, i'm just curious, why you didn't rinse the chops after taking the out of the pack? I always rinse the meat, fish, chicken...etc. Thanks for posting. :)

Looks delicious except I’d have deglazed the cast iron grill and made a little gravy for the finish.

I would wash the cooking utinsel before cooking with it. No telling where it's been.
@truthbknown49575 жыл бұрын
It looked tasty, but I would have rinsed off the meat. IF the chops were cut with a bandsaw you will have some bone fragments on the meat.
@kathyottersen81005 жыл бұрын
Ok, thanks. As you can see by the comments, there are lots of opinions on the idea of washing meat. Your reasoning makes sense to me.
@stevekitella47813 жыл бұрын
Noticed the pan slid to one side a bit, this would cause a bit of uneven heat! Otherwise good job!
@VHogg54324 жыл бұрын
PS, you don't wash mushrooms, you just wipe them then cook. Also, oil the meat not the pan, get the pan red hod then sear the meat and it won't stick so badly 🤔

You not going to wash the meat before cooking?!?
@kathyottersen81006 жыл бұрын
If I'm inside, I normally do wash the meat off, but I don't always do it when I'm outside cooking. It's totally your preference.
