I would love a video where you explain your ideal cross for each mare (like favorite stallions for particular mares) and a video explaining the differences between your thoroughbreds and why one is a recip and the others carry (like what you are looking for in them). I’m curious if Willow will ever have her own baby or is she will always be a recip

I'm on season 6 right now! The only thing I found cringe worthy about the series is the male on male sex scenes. It's weird because years ago, I read the book series and have no recollection of it being included in the books.

If you haven't already, I highly recommend the Wheel of Time! I was introduced to it by my roommates and I love it sm! And it would be right up your alley with the fantasy and plot-heavy narrative.

I live in Florida. You can swim with them and there are places that let you interact at certain times. :) They are amazing. I live by one of the springs they come to in the winter

I miss my grandparents house in the Keys. We had a family come visit us every year. They loved when we would be swimming in the canal. My grandfather would give them a garden hose to suck on for some fresh water.

I'm a fantasy nerd too! Here's a book recomendation! If you havn't read it yet, Throne of Glass is a fantastic series! It's fantasy/romance series. The first book also has some mystery sprinkled in it too.

I from the UK and I think you'd love it over here. Every year in July we have one of the biggest agricultural shows (The Royal Welsh Agriculture Show) in Europe I believe. It's on from Monday - Thursday with some of the best animals in the country (even from Europe) showing. That's a perfect excuse to come over xx 😊

I'm glad there was a question about head carriage in the shows. Many years ago, their heads were so low they were called "peanut rollers" and it looked incredibly uncomfortable. I half expected the rider to just slide down the horse's neck. I heard some people say they looked like they were 20 miles from the nearest water and why was that called a pleasure class? I'm glad to hear that there are rules in place to manage it. For myself, I like a higher head carriage, but that's just me.

Today I discovered a western riding Rail class. They are so much more forward going than the pleasure horses. Its great to watch actually.

I don't think it looks natural for a horse to move in that manner and am not sure why it's done at all. Maybe Katie would explain the concept.

@pixie706 she did a fantastic video today about the different gaits. She was riding Bo and it was so interesting and for the first time ever I understood the different speeds within the gaits and why they look lame sometimes.

Hi! Firstly, have you watched The Witcher? I love it, secondly, if you come to the U.K. there are so many major horse shows/events to see! Horse Of The Year Show is amazing, it’s over 5 days and runs from 7am to around 11pm each day so you generally pick and choose what you want to see, the down side is that it’s in October so the weather is rubbish! The event is all indoors though, also, if you do come to the U.K. please don’t do what other people do and just focus on London, there are so many truly stunning places here, my personal favourites are The Lake District, Ireland and Scotland. If you do decide to come see us, you’ll all be very welcome!😊

With regarding the low head, I heard that it helps with the strength in the saddle area to carry and pulls up the belly to be able to use more body and alleviate the spine. I may not have to entire methodology about it, but I heard it from a horse trainer, while a child was riding a hackney with a high head. She put on a martingale hooked between the bridle and the saddle to train and encourage the lower head. It certainly helped in that situation.

Do one of your hubby doing your make up and hair! You could make this a daily or weekly event by having each of your crew do it, too. Then, you can each get a turn at your assistant…they’d be fun (especially if you did make up in the guys, too!!).

You can go in the water at blue springs in orange city Florida were the hibernate for the winter and the water is 72 degrees all year round 4:26

Go swim with them in Crystal River, FL. We've done that before. I love manatees. They are so sweet. You can also kayak with them. What about chickens? I watched part 3 before I watched this video. So, you answered my questions about what type of TV you like. I've really enjoyed watching your videos. I've learned so much from them.

You should try Versailles and Outlanders they're both very good TV shows they got a little bit of spice in them but they're period type shows I think you'd really enjoy them

It might be worth keeping an eye on your neighboring properties and buying them up if they come up for sale. That way your right across from the big farm and the stock aswell as your mum and dad you could call it trickling stream lol I'm also loving the Q&A sessions

I’d like to learn more about farm operations. Who does what? It would be cool to learn more about the employees, too. What’s the day-to-day? The stuff you might think is boring because you do it on the daily would probably really interest a lot of people. I’m also interested in ownership. Is it jointly owned by Katie, mom & dad? Is the mini farm a part of Running Springs? Does RS own Katie’s house? I understand if you don’t want to tell us the details. And what does Jonathan do as his career? I know it has to do with landscaping & large equipment he stores at the house, I think. But landscaping is so broad. Does he even want to work at RS full time?
