Germany has so many good writing instrument brands/manufacturers, Kaweco, Lamy, Rotring, Schneider, Staedtler, Faber-Castell, Pelikan, Montblanc, etc. Germany and Japan are powerhouses in writing tools

Mine arrived and i absolutely love it in copper. Changed the 1.0 kaweco fill with a Schneider 1.2 and it writes wayyy more fluent and soft in direct comparison. Today i bought the brass version in sale for 58 Euro too😂. Good price imo. Its kinda funny that a german guy like me watches an english review to buy a german kaweco product. Haha Cheers and greets again. 💯

Ooh, that's a good suggestion - I'll get a 1.2 as well! It is funny but sometimes it's the outsiders that help us see what's right under our noses 😉

Superb video. I searched for this exact model of pen and up you popped. Fantastic! I'm going to order one of these now after watching your review. And possibly a Space Pen too, because I can't choose between them and two EDC pens could be useful.

I love Kaweco Pens. I have this in stainless steel and it's big bro the Kaweco Supra steel. I like them in fountain pen personally but to each their own.

I would love to need a fountain pen but I know I would just never use it. But they are definitely lovely 😍

You attached the wrong clip. The one you have, with letter "S", is for the earlier version of ballpoint liliput that is retractable, doesn't have cap and it's even thinner and smaller. In fact, they have nothing in common except for being small. The ballpoint liliput version you have has the exact same body as fountain pen liliput and they share the same clip, with engraved letter "M".

Oh, so that's why it was so difficult to get on! Thanks for the info 👍 I looked into this before buying the clip, but there's scant info out there. It's annoying to have got the wrong one but now it's on it looks good and it's definitely not going anywhere!

If I was going to get a clip I would buy the bronze version as the colour is similar to patine copper.

To be honest, there are so many different shades all over the pen depending on where it makes contact with your hand that it's like a copper/brass rainbow. The clip just joins in with all this!

No, but there are lots of bits inside that need to be tightened up in order to prevent any rattling. Open it up, tighten everything, and maybe that'll do it🤞

what did u end up using for a refill? the one thing that is bothering me about this pen is how tiny the refill is, like i am going to have to replace it every day it seems :(

Well I'm actually still on what it came with. I don't use it a lot, maybe ½ hour a week, so it's still going. But you're right, it really is tiny so if you're using it more regularly it could be an issue.
