Nice video! I just got a big 37" hitchhiking ling while reeling up a greenling in area 19 the other day out of my little dinky pelican kayak haha. Pretty fun! love eating lings!

Lost a huge one at the surface today, heart breaker. Seeing that fish roll around in the boat troubles me, I've started netting all the big ones when they come up. Safer for me, and the fish.

How long do you go out fishing for each video? 4 hours?

Usually 4-6 hours, the longest we've spent in the water was 9 hours 😂 just depends on how long it takes to get the fish to cooperate!
