The Kettlebell Press Up with Hip Bridge is a dynamic exercise that combines the benefits of a traditional press up with the added challenge of a hip bridge and the resistance of a kettlebell.
This compound movement engages multiple muscle groups including the chest, shoulders, triceps, core and glutes, providing a full body workout experience.
How to do this exercise:
- perform a controlled press up, maintaining a straight line from your head to your heels.
- after completing the press up, transition into a hip bridge by driving your hips up towards the ceiling while keeping your core engaged.
- gently lower your hips back down and reset position.
