As versatile as the kBox is for performing leg and lower body dominant exercises, there are even more options for upper body drills. This includes, a number of compound movements such as bent over rows, overhead presses, single arm chest press, renegade rows, upright rows and more. The kBox is also very conducive for performing isolation movements such as bicep curls, tricep extensions, front raises, single arm lateral raises, bent over lateral raises, reverse curls, shrugs, power shrugs, and more.

That looks really tough to do. I’ve been thinking about buying one of these but at 69 with a reconstructed shoulder this may not work for me. I’ve exercised all my life, triathlons etc, and I really like the applied science built into this machine…but I don’t know if it would benefit me. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks 👍

this device is not for pressing. You need mass (BW or external) and stability to train pressing strength effectively. Push ups are a very good. Cables are bad.

Basically you need to be strong to try out this equipment. I don't think this is good for beginners.
