മുട്ട ധൈര്യമായി കഴിക്കാം. മുട്ട കഴിച്ചിട്ട് ലൈഫ് തട്ടി പോകുവാണേൽ അങ്ങ് പോട്ടെ ഭായ്, പട്ടിണി കിടന്നാൽ മറ്റു അനവധി prblms ഉണ്ടാവും. എല്ലാം സാധനങ്ങളും കുറേശ്ശേ കഴിക്കുക. ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ പോലെ മാന്യമായ രീതിയിൽ advice തരുന്നവരുടെ advice സ്വീകരിക്കുക. ചില ഡോക്ടർസ വായ തുറക്കുന്നത് പേടിപ്പിക്കാൻ ആവും. അവരെ മനസ്സിൽ കുടിയിരുത്താതെ ആട്ടി പുറത്താക്കുക.

Hi .. Try these: 1. Take food at the right time 2. Restrict spicy and gassy food 3. Don’t lie down after having food 4. Avoid smoking/Drinking (if any)
