Cool video. I appreciate that you setup recipes to be scalable. I’ve started trying to make craft sodas for my kids and adults. Lots of possibilities, they certainly enjoy it too. Made an NA Mojito on tap which was great at the peak of summer.

I'm curious how this does over time in the keg. Any thoughts on shelf life or potential separation over time? Loved the video thank you!!

I’d be curious about a nitro espresso martini and how long the coffee would last in the keg before going stale. Ive had some homebrew coffee beers that noticeable go downhill after a couple months

That sounds AWESOME! Definitely seems like the coffee would be best fresh. Probably a great concept to taste in a one-gallon or three-gallon keg though, for real.
