I grabbed one last year and its been a great little gun. Feels good in the hand, and reliably shoots. I'll have to get the red dot slide and check it out. For the money, its definitely a "grab one if you can find one". Also, Keltec sells a holster specific to the P17, if you're looking.

Nice pistol. I don't have that one but I've got the CP33 with a picatinny brace adapter. Love mine.
