Kelly, I know exactly where you are. I woke up on 12-14-21 to find my husband of 39 years gone in the bed. He wasn't sick so it was a shock to say the least. My life spun into a world I didn't know how to navigate and still don't sometimes. When your normal disappears it's natural to feel lost, I still feel lost and likely always will. What I can tell you is while the heart ache and wanting our lost one back is always there we do learn to move forward. Let me tell you I watched you tube videos also, I put a new backdoor on, put new trim up, painted my entire house, replaced my kitchen faucet, landscaped and bought a lake property all on my own. I miss my husband being by my side every day, I cry almost daily. A word, a smell, a movie, a memory, just about anything can rip off the still forming scab but I have come to appreciate those things because they make me feel love. What I have come to understand is it's our love that keeps us going and without it and all the feelings we endure in the aftermath we would have no reason to go on. We find our strength but are not afraid of the weakness anymore when it comes, you will be okay Kelly, different but okay. Sending big hugs and much love to you and the girls, I always have you in my thoughts.

My dear sweet friend that I've never met, you go girl, we can do all things (especially with a utube video). I live on a fixed income and can not call anyone for fixes on my budget. My lawnmower broke down and of course no money for a new one or a shop to fix it, I wanted to give up because bad comes in 3's which the mower was 3! I like you cried a bit, then said put your big girl panties on and fix it yourself with the help of videos. Let me just say the men at the parts place were kind to me when I told them that the thingy that turns won't turn didn't laugh and in the end these men couldn't believe I rebuilt the engine by myself with utube videos. I was so proud of myself I drove the lawnmower to the parts shop, they said it was purring like a kitten and they couldn't have done any better. Kelly I pray for you and the girls all the time ❤ Also remember karma is a b**ch, to the vile person that called you about Ray's home. I'm almost 60 and I have seen karma come to those vile people more than once. P.s. the mower rebuild was only 2 years ago (and I'm disabled). The Lord will provide all you need, keep your faith.
