When has any rapper of notoriety in the midst of a heated beef or after winnign a battle not gone on to perform that record at their next venue or concert????????!! Nothing is just done without someone higher up giving the okay or being involved. Why are you picking to use that type of angle with Kendrick?!

I really gotta say, I don’t understand the concessions/qualifiers you guys are giving. Let’s say Drake had made a bop and won, or let’s even say Cole had participated and won with a scathing bop. In no world would you be mad or cagey at either of them for hosting a Toronto or Dreamville festival or event to celebrate their win with their fans. Hell if Drake won and hosted in an event in LA as a sort of “fuck you” that would have been more than fair! Kendrick has long repped for the west coast, so making an event centered around that as a reward to the coast that has his back who he made an anthem for them as a celebration…why wouldn’t he do that? How is that out of character or in anyway not authentic for what he’s long done. I’m not even gonna say it’s hating, so much as y’all sound pot committed. Like you bet big on one outcome and it didn’t go that way, but you’re in too deep and gotta save face.

Its still wasn't a bad album it just wasn't as good as his first 4 . But my point was he was extremely successful without mentioning Drake so why is he acting like he needs to rap about Drake to be a successful artist? He's literally the only artist in the last decade to out sale Drake in 2017.
