My guy, you gotta take advantage of discovering prospects a bit more. You scout individually, which can work, but if you can find some good NR prospects through discovery, you will be able to give yourself more options later in the draft. Especially in years where not too many good prospects were generated.

The potentials are NOT as generous as you think. A guy with a 75 potential will rarely to never reach a mid-80s overall. Potential is a relatively hard cap, but it can go up a little bit.

Kenny, when you see what picks you have in the draft at the start of the year, you should scout the players in the range of your picks. Both of your 2nd round picks were projected as 3rd and 4th rounders

Kenny you have to make sure you are scouting players that fit your scouts strengths. Example if you have a highly rater position player scout he should only scout position players

Kenny I think you read comments, so if you’re seeing this, please give the guys you drafted that are 45-65 overall a chance to reach that A potential by starting them in AAA and AA. Give them enough hits for a few years and 2 of them should at least be decent or great. But remember you have to start them and not let AI bench them like they did with navarro.

By the way kenny contact is what affects the size of your inner pci that you're seeing when there aren't runners in scoring position and clutch is what affects the pci size when there's runners in scoring position. Vision doesn't affect much besides the size of the outer pci that you have turned off and is what allows you to foul off pitches better

When you do scouting it’s best to scout one specific player each week and have the other two scouters scout just the position. This would allow you to get progress with a bunch more prospects at once
