Kenny I would suggest following the style of how Bengal goes through his season, simming the majority of the games, playing maybe one or two full games a video, and then sprinkling in some playerlocked or moments in between. It gives a good pacing with 162 games taking around 5-6 videos

I think this is one of the first videos where I have heard kenny swear. It refreshing for it to be so unfiltered.

For scouting. I always scout a region for starting pitchers (typically east/international, then central, then west in that order based on how many prospects are typically in each region). Then for position players, I always scout one prospect at a time and try and scout high potential around where my picks are. This way you can find the top position players to draft early, and if none of them fall to you then you have a good understanding of what top pitchers could be draft-worthy and have a large pool of pitchers to draft later in the draft. Also, try and draft position players early it's tougher to find good ones later in the draft

Kenny love ur vids but you never wanna scout a single player always make sure you scout a singular position with a lot of players in the region, also let the scouts work on the positions for a 3-5 weeks until they are at least 80% scouted because the 40% scouted can be completely wrong

First of all, I got to say that I love your energy dude. You are just fun to watch play. I may question your choice in teams (GO BRAVES LOL) but your videos are fun. With that being said, I do think you should maybe consider a new scouting routine. There are two KZfaqrs who I think have a great approach to scouting. One is TheAntOrtiz the other is Fiend Franchise. I just recently found Fiend Franchise but he's got a great video on scouting and even gives some pointers on how to spot generational talents. Both of those guys have two different approaches but both are good. If you don't look up either of them, my suggestion would be to not rely so heavily on discovering new prospects. Yes you may find some hidden gems, but not nearly as much as you'd think. That's not saying don't EVER discover new talent, just don't make it a focus. Also, don't scout individually so much. With my three scouts I have 1 who is SUPER good at positional players and I go through the top 100 and scout as many as I can, focusing on where I'm going to be in the draft, and what my positional needs are. Obviously, if I've got pick 20, there's no need in really scouting a positional player ranked #1 With my other 2 scouts I focus on scouting regions for whatever I may need (pitchers, catchers, outfielders, etc.) I spent 3 or so weeks in each region before moving to a new region. So say I want a pitcher, I scout Starting Pitchers in the international region for week 1-3 and then for weeks 4-6 I may scout the west region for starting pitchers. It's better to have 50-70% scouting done for a BUNCH of players than having 100% on far fewer. This will REALLY help you in the later rounds of the draft.

Btw Kenny now it's better to promote your prospects sooner, because if their a top 50 prospect they can make the PPI list, which gives you an extra draft pick if they win any award (Roty, Silver Slugger, etc)

Kenny you should check out the training section so your guys can develop faster in categories you want them to progress in

Scouting tip Kenny: focus on the 18/19 year old prospects instead of the 21/22 year old ones. Younger ones tend to have better potential & are more frequently the superstar type guys
