uring the ongoing protests in Kenya's capital Nairobi, on Tuesday (July 2), a man dressed in civilian clothes was seen firing a handgun into the air, while another was also seen carrying a firearm passing the same direction after him.
The nationwide demonstrations signaled that President William Ruto had failed to appease a spontaneous youth protest movement, despite having abandoned plans for tax rises that triggered the unrest last week.

They are unidentified, however they were apparently able to get through the police lines with no issue. If they _really_ were just random people, the police here would have reacted much more violently. Especially when one of them was shooting right in front of the line. No, we don't know who exactly they are, but they clearly are _somebody_ (if that makes sense, if not I can try to clarify what I mean)

Your reporting is flawed. Those are policemen. The opposition should also speak against destruction not just addressing the government. This game we know it very well, you put blame on the government while you are behind all these rooters, criminals and paying idols minds young people to cause problems. This reminds me ,baba and the late jaramog, matiba and others at Chester house. The slogan " moi must go " is still in memory. The good protesters had good ideas and the president agreed to settle the matter, the question is, what are those hired radicals want, if you are not part of them. Young people don't forget these guys are no better than the ones in government, they are even worse.
