Жыл бұрынI have a sneaky feeling that as long as I'm in Kenya that I will always encounter Next Level behavior by Kenyans. The first 2 wimp videos were thrilling but I can genuinely say that in this video I was all out afraid of being eaten by a lion. I'm sure some of you will state that there was no danger, but I beg to differ. The driver in the 1st truck backed up because the visitors were afraid but then our driver pulled around their vehicle so that we could face the wrath of the lions.
As an American, Kenyans are Next Level, but I hope that doesn't make me a wimp.

They need to make it pretty easy for the folks in the back to close it quickly. It took the driver and King David to close it. I'm not an adrenaline junky but it is a great way to view the animal without having to hang outside.

@@blacksignaturevisuals694 I have to agree with you. In life we all have different reactions to things because of how familiar we are with them. Also, the lions are wild animals so we don't know under what circumstance would make a lion jump in. Sorta like why I will never get out of the car inside the park.

Love your storytelling! This reminds me of my own experiences growing up back home in Kenya, going on Safaris in Maasai Mara, Tsavo East, and Tsavo West. All these national game reserves give different lifelong memories.

@@thetruthone7240 I can assure you that I'm not seeking to fool you about anything. I made this channel after returning to the US from 3 amazing weeks vacationing in Kenya back in June. My goal was to share my amazing trip with my fellow Americans but to my surprise, Kenyans started watching the channel. My goal is still to reach other American to make them aware that Kenya should be on their short list of vacation destinations. I recognize that some folks will not like my content and that is perfectly fine.

I can only marvel that an excuse for being late to school is because lions were preventing my schoolbus driver from changing our flat tire 🤣🤣. That's next level. I will repupose that video in some fashion for an American audience because if they saw it, they would be blown away.

HAHA.. As usual, your story telling game is on point. With such terrain, the school bus was the wrong kind of vehicle to use... That was sheer carelessness of the organizers of that trip. No next level here. This applies to the private car stuck on the road. As for the rest of the tourists..😆Kenyans ain't the ones on the safari, probably 90% participating were foreigners. So the award for Next Level Courage goes to ....

What do you mean don't you know there are communities living there?As a matter a of fact I worked and lived there in small communities and from one area to the next you have to cross the savanna.if it rains and the plains are flooded you walk with courage and abounce on the souls of your heels and checking the ground for animals paws 🐾. NB...we have warriors on those bushes it's some next level kenyan thing.

Are you from the UK? If so, time to head to Kenya. Stay on the coast where there are MANY tour companies who can help arrange a trip to Tsavo East or Maasai Mara. You will not regret it.

Richard, you tell your adventure stories in a great way. You are lucky that you didn't encounter a cheetah. Sometimes cheetahs can be friendly and may just jump on top of the vehicle and actually touch you with their paws.....you might piss on yourself🤣🤣🤣 the best thing to do is never make any noise or make any quick movements, they mostly walk away....but if they feel threatened, they can give you a scratch or a bite....😛

I can honestly say that had a cheetah jumped on our vehicle, I would have lost it. You would not be able to get me back on another safari 😂

@@RichardDebs it can be scary, even for the locals anyway. Only the Maasai's have been in close contact with animal since they almost live in the same space. However, that is also changing with 'civilization' as we call it.

Back in the day when we visited lake Nakuru national park. The "dorm" we slept in had glass windows and when we looked outside we could see sets of shiny eyes looking at us from the trees. The guide told us to go back to sleep;those were just leopards. Sleep? While leopards are staring at their potential meal?!! You have to love Kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪

Which National Park or Reserve was that looking so dry as if there is a drought😎🤔! It cannot be Masai Mara which i know its topography and features well plus how their male lions look!

I have been to Tsavo East of the mane less lions fame too and there is a drought in the country right now which means that you must have toured there recently!

My videos about Kenyan villages or colonizers will slow down growth but I enjoy such stories. I have to do what resonates with me else it wouldn't be motivating to create content so I try to mix the two styles. So I thank you for your support.

Mmmhh! Nope, I once tried to pet a 6 month old leopard, alice was her name.She wrapped herself around me and started licking my hand, the lick felt like a super brite... I still didn't learn, went ahead and camped in a game park...I did learn this time. Yes am Kenyan. Never again.
