Hi guys! Here's a video edit I made for Kesha's cover of ''This Is Me''.
Hope you like it!
In this edit I choose to show some highlights of Kesha's career and the progress of her throughout the years, mostly the ones from her Rainbow era. While also showing in the beginning of the video the ''less greater'' times she's been through, since this song is about slowly but surely accepting who you are and not being afraid for it anymore. The black & white grammy scene as example shows her braveness and all of what she has achieved so far while the clip right after, the carpet scene from a few years ago also in black & white, shows her putting op the image she has to be, ''faking a smile'' while clearly not being comfortable at all.

Totally agree. For years I have battled with depression. As a baby suffered abuse at the hands of my mother. Was bullied at school and in general not had an easy life. But I've not let all this define me. If anything it's made me incredibly strong and accepting of anyone who's what society defines different from the norm. My experiences lead me into the nursing profession and in particular mental health where I've found my own personal life experience to be incredibly useful in relating to my patients.

This song just means so much to me... I still can't believe I'm saying this, but thank you, Kesha. I've had a rough life and I know you have too. Accepting myself is so hard to do, but this song's a tremendous help.

I'm a rocker and have long avoided pop divas. Pretty much avoid anybody with a dollar sign in their name. But then came Kesha's album coming from her true self and I was delighted (as was my 5 year old daughter, though we had to avoid the swearing). I love Rainbow and it shows some true writing chops. She also has a strength message for females that is super valuable and a set of pipes that she hid on ALL her earlier work. I'm raising my kid to become a musician and a singer and exposed her to this version of Kesha. Love it.

Great Highlights of Kesha! This woman in all her glory reminds me of one of my best friends who past away recently, and lyrically and stylistically she and Kesha were one and the same, (think struggles and livelihood) I dont know Kesha personally, but if you red between the lines, shes a very strong woman. This is a very fitting montage video of kesha, Kudos!

Kesha is endowed with considerable charm, this can not be denied. And I must confess that the song succeeds ... well. But the version of the film is a thousand times better!
