Your reaction was so beautiful… The MV moved me to tears. The song was intricately and exquisitely beautiful… IU’s Vocals gave me goosebumps. The subtlety in the acting was perfection and the visuals by both… just wow. Tae in all his sweetness, softness and gentleness was the honestly the definition of prettiness. There was something so beautifully vulnerable and delicate about him, that touches the soul. In terms of the meaning… In the Korean press releases of this song used in all the articles earlier today and media… IU said that ‘I want to respect and support everyone who loves and lives in various ways with love rather than hate’ this and the statement before when the song was called Love Wins was released which talked about people who face prejudices and obstacles in love… Personally make me think that it’s showing that many people in love face stigma’s and obstacles for whatever reason in life for things that they are born with and have no control over. Personally I think when they look through the camera they see the perfect world in which everyone can live without the lense of hate where people don’t see you or judge you for your stigma’s or labels but they see the whole you. Another thing that I find beautiful with the sign language involved is that both IU and Tae have a history of sign language. IU with her ear condition and Tae has communicated in official sign language many times (his birthday is even celebrated by some of deaf community in S.K). When it comes to the box I agree with your take, society trying to put us in a box… I also feel the box was representing the hate that tears people down and strips them of their humanity out of predjiduce. Personally I feel there was a wider message in this MV and feel that Tae very specifically chose to appear in this MV because of the message. I’ve lost count of times over the years where he has said he would like to side with the marginalised or the minority in life. From the creation of his drawn characters in numerous content, to his BT21 character, to his fairytale character he chose in the 7th Army Zip content that was tragically killed for being different. I feel like this MV very much fits with that. Also I think the message that love allows us to see the world with a healing and whole lense too. This MV for me was very much Art. I'm so glad that you've reacted to this MV!! i'm sure we can ALL agree that both iu's voice, acting and lyricism are SUPER in this...and V's acting was wonderful too! Also wondering if yall are planning on going to IU's concert (I believe she has some US dates that she's going to as well!! Washington, Newark, Atlanta, Oakland, Rosemont and Los Angeles) later this year!! I highly recommend at least going to ONE of IU's concerts (this has been one of the only tours that I believe she's gone to US and Europe, and you do NOT want to miss out on it!! ) because everyone who has attended her concerts b4 has said that its SO worth it to attend and enjoy her music and vocals! (i have friends who aren't even kpop fans but do know of her and her music being excited she's coming to some of our countries and are going for it for the once in a lifetime experience!!)

The video is so beautiful, I was holding for dear life throughout the whole time but just burst in tears when she covered his eye with her hand so he cannot see their inevitable end. In a moment of fear and in her final moment she chose that the last thing she does is ease his pain. He was able to go away in her arms, in a moment of almost calmness. I won’t be able to get that image out of my head for a while. My interpretation of this video is that what the camera sees is what the couple actually sees eachother as, and represents their safe heaven they’ve created with their love, free from judgment of the outside world. The actual apocalyptic reality is how they really are, flawed and imperfect, and they are perceived as such by the outside world. What struck with me is the scene that shows a bunch of boxes in the sky, I feel like it may symbolize the couples who are going through the same things as them, all having boxes hovering above their heads, waiting for the downfall of the relationship.

actually we all can check V`s acting skills already who`s interested) he was in Hwarang series, historical k drama in costumes. some other idols also was casted in this)) he played so cute, pure and childish young master who wanted to live happy and careless life as artist but been forced to enter the army in special army forces Hwarang squad (includes sons of noble families, talented, young and beautiful as flowers, best of the best in their generation). V played the youngest in Hwarang squad. he looks really cute and great in historical costume. for now it`s only one his role unfortunatelly and it was while ago but anyways it`s his role. who loves V`s talent must see it anyways)) he was young but definitely good in acting at that time, he acts even better now. yes definitely needed his new role in new series or movie))
