These were a hit in our house. My non-keto husband loved them so much and ate most of them. I did find that my muffin tins must be too small for 6 servings and so I will try 8 next time. I made these and they were good! I made a DOUBLE BATCH and used some kind of Erythritol/monk fruit blend (prob not low carb idk but that’s what I had) I only added 1/3 cup of the blend to my batter bc I didn’t want it to be too sweet and it was perfect! I ended up baking mine for about 26 minutes (until they looked like the ones in the video). Will be making these again and maybe add almond extract instead of vanilla next time 😋 TY for recipe!!

Hello dear lady, I have been away from You Tube for a while and I am glad to be back. These Keto Cream Cheese Muffins look so delish. I will be making these for myself. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe and I will be making these for my family.

These are so delicious!!!! I am not the one to usually write a review but for this I need to. I was hesitant at first about how these muffins will taste because other recipes from different creators for creating keto friendly food haven’t tasted the best. But for this 10/10. My family who don’t follow keto really like them. One thing I will say is when I first made them, I used Splenda in the cream cheese ( the filling) and it came out to sweet. Second time I made them, I used another sweetener ( I think it was a monk mix) and used 20 g instead and it came out amazing. I think it has to do with Splenda but I am not sure, thought this might help someone. Over all amazing recipe!! Thanks for sharing!!!

Tried these today. They are light and delicious. Make sure that the cream cheese is at room temperature or else the mixing takes a long time.

For meal prepping, I make 3~4x the portion of this, put the batter in tall muffin paper and freeze it. I pop it out directly from the freezer to the oven 170C 45 mins, no preheating required. It could last in the freezer for 1 month+. I also use flavour drop to make different flavour of muffin. 1 drop is plenty of flavour per each 12g of batter. Be mindful of the sweetener tho

Oh thank you thank you thank you for this recipe! Its soooooo good. Hard being keto with a sweet tooth for baked goods but these are my new go to breakfast or snack muffins. You can play around with the cream cheese filling, like I made lemon cream and blueberry cream filled besides the vanilla so far! Also try brown erythritol/monk sweetener in place of white for a nice flavor difference. I added 1/4 teaspoon of phylum husk and an 1/8 spoon of xanthan gum on a couple batches, made them a bit more soft and melt in your mouth......
