Keto or ketogenic diet is getting popularity world over for its many health benefits including weight loss, increasing insulin sensitivity, Alizmir's disease, heart issues, hyperlipidemia and so on. In keto diet the body fuel is shifted from glucose to ketones. This is made possible by adopting a very low carbohydrate in diet (less than 70 g per day) and 70% of the diet becomes healthy fat like fatty fish, butter, olive oil, animal fat, cheese, tallow, nuts etc. Sugar and cereals, pulses are totally avoided while starchy vegetables like potato, carrot, turnip and high sugary fruits like grapes, mango, pineapple etc are also avoided. It is really difficult for chapati, rice and pasta eating people to adopt ketogenic diet. As a result after a few weeks people start frustration and then quit for ever. Instead of keo a low carb diet of your region is the best food along with active lifestyle.

Thank you so much for this very informative video. Keto diet is not sustainable for many individuals. Moreover, it is devastating for people who are monitoring their cholesterol. The weight may come down, but the after effect of the hike in cholesterol is not desirable. I truly appreciate the information you share with us. Thank you.

For the past six months, I have been diligently following a diet that prioritizes protein-rich foods such as raw salads, chicken, beef, and eggs. I have also stopped my intake of carbohydrates and sugars. Despite these efforts, my weight loss progress has not met my desired expectations.
