This Keto Greek Yogurt Almond Cake is super easy keto dessert to make. The yogurt makes this a super moist cake that goes perfect with a cup of coffee or tea.
Pan size: Springform round 15cm/6in Tin
185g plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla extract
73g Melted butter
176g Blanched almond flour
57g erythritol
2 tsp Baking powder
1/5 tsp Salt
Yields 10 Servings

Fiber: 2.28
Fat: 16.28
Protein: 6.25
Calories: 186

Just baked this cake a few days ago, man 10/10! I added some Lily's Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, tasted great!

I do not follow a keto way of eating, but since I am diabetic, I use a lot of keto recipes. I used this recipe to make a pineapple upside down cake. I used brown swerve and butter to coat the bottom of the pan. My family loved it.

Maria I'm so happy you could adapt this recipe and it sounds lovely. My sister is diabetic and her doctor is advising a lower carb intake so she is having more "Keto recipes" but like you not following the keto way of eating.

sounds good but, wow. the lady who not only gave conversions but gave the recipe in 3 different languages is the winner for subscribers!!! is this good enough to bother with looking up the conversions???? cup & spoonful measurements would be greatly in YOUR favor.... thank you!
