KETTLE BELL SWING

Biggest difference in a hip hinge and a squat is the movement it self, hip hinging focuses on moving the hips from front to back whereas in a squat we focus on moving them up and down.
.
In Deadlift we may bend the knees more like a squat to make it more glute focused, straighter legs focus more on the hamstrings. But in a KB swing we do not bend our knees too much, so much so to correct that people often put a kettle bell behind on the ground to self correct that.
