Hey Mark I have a request. Could you put a video together on the best kettlebell exercises for posture correction? Even if it's just referencing your other videos on how to do them. It's something I want to focus on as I'm very hunched from being a desk athlete. For what it's worth really enjoying your videos. Always been active but it's always been cardio focused. Your guidance has got me taking strength training seriously rather than just rehab after injury. Keep it up 🤘

Alternating halo, followed by deep goblet squat - 10 reps at 16kg is perfect way to complete a warm-up. Shoulders and hips loaded under a good RoM, core prepared for heavier weights, and cardio more than ticking over!! Thanks again, Mark.

Coincidence? Been doing goblet squats this week and adding the halo at the end of the squat fixes so many little flaws in my technique like not standing up straight!😆

So many people now home working at computers with colder months approaching and energy bills soaring. What's the best strategy for staying warm at the desk in colder months....? Once an hour do 2 mins mobility, once an hour do 20 snatches or once an hour do this squat halo combo? Could mix it up throughout one day or repeat one movement like a grease the groove on a Monday and different one on Tuesday and so on etc..

I’m getting a buttwink in the last ~30 degrees of the squat. Anyone know if this is “bad” and how to address this?

It’s a light weight compared to barbell so it’s not an issue usually . Eventually deck squat is one of many squat goals which going all the way to the ground and rolling and returning to standing

It’s adjustable competition kettleBell. It can be adjusted between 12 and 32 kg. All competition bells are that size regardless of weight. I personally find my competition bells more comfortable.than my cast iron bells which tend to rest on my wrist joint bones. Based on his breathing pattern and his past videos before he got adjustable bells I would guess Mark is demoing with about 16 to 22Kg. that’s the range Mark tends to demo because he can talk at the same time he’s demonstrating and maintain good form. Or take one hand off the bell to point out desirable form or undesirable form.
