Kevin Nash, wrestling's six-time World Heavyweight Champion and twelve-time Tag Team Champion, is inviting YOU to become an insider in the most exclusive band of rebels in the Podcast sphere! Kevin and his crew grabbed the wrestling business by the sack in the 90s and never let go, making his Kliq the most powerful faction in the history of the business, both on camera and off. They spent countless hours together, riffing on the business, the lifestyle, and everything else under the sun, and this podcast is no exception. Kevin left wrestling and built a successful career as an actor and guest on dozens of talk shows. His opinionated nature has made him the most requested guest of shoot interviews and network shows for more than a decade. Now, Kevin and his frequent host Sean Oliver, bring you all that you loved about their shows in this weekly podcast. No guest or topic is off-limits. Are you sweeeeet enough.......to be the next member of the Kliq?

RVD not being submissive to Vince took serious balls. It’s clear he won’t tolerate someone with a god complex controlling the narrative of his life and it’s important to him. He’s mentally tight and doesn’t let people hold things over his head to twist his arm. Not a people pleaser.

Most conversational, yeah sure. That's because he had a babble flash after smoking weed. If others like RVD and Val "Kaptain Kannabis" Venis would have smoked weed too, than they would have been also more conversational. :) EDIT: You can find Val Venis official account here on KZfaq under "The Kaptains Show".

@suoquainen His personality is his personality. He didn't just babble. He asked questions about me, carried conversations that weren't just about him and who he was. Actually, I listened and responded like he gave a shit... The only wrestler that I've met that did that. Honorable mention - Chris Kanyon. He helped sneak my brother, friend, and I into the lounge/bar area where a bunch of wrestlers were hanging after the show.
@suoquainen

@@rasheed9705 Sorry, i didn't meant "babble" that way. It' s just that if you smoked weed and depending what weed and so on you smoked, then you may reach a level of being stoned that you start talking a lot and like you said not just babbling. I know from being a cannabis consumer since 1995 through personal experience, that some kind of discussions are really only possible when being stoned. Nice to hear about Kanyon by the way, he always seemed to be a guy you could have fun with. Aah and by the way, I'm actually stoned by myself...so yeah. :)

I think RVD is probably the most physically gifted person to ever wrestle. Combining strength, agility and aesthetic. Brock Lesnar, Billy Gunn and Shelton Benjamin are up there, but RVD is on a higher level, in my opinion.
@miesvaillanykyisyytta3252
@miesvaillanykyisyytta3252 Жыл бұрын
@@Y2JLionHeart In my opinion Tom Magee was the most talented. He never amounted to anything in the sport but other than Ted Arcidi and Kazmaier, who had very brief stints in wrestling he was the strongest wrestler of the time and he also was incredibly agile for his size. The guy was not just biggish...he was a world record setter in some lifts. He could have been the 80's Brock Lesnar but for whatever reason most people never got to see him go anywhere. To be fair when I'm talking about being the complete package I'm talking more about physique and tricks than the interplay of holds and moves between two men. Perhaps Magee was not good at learning how to put a man into holds or sell them or whatever but as a physical specimen without the need to coordinate his movements with the other guy he was good.

@Honest youtubr Agreed. Brock’s in a class all his own. His measurables were documented at NFL combine. Was as, if not more talented than the #1 pick in the draft. I can understand why people give Nash $h!t and I can understand why people support him, but after all the countless hours of entertainment and what he has done, I appreciate the hell out of him. Not too mention, Big Daddy Cool is the greatest moniker ever!

Nash hit the nail on the head about the "if you treat it like a business, you're a dick" How many times do you hear different wrestling personalities talk about how cutthroat wrestling is, and how you rarely make any true friends? Yet, when guys like Warrior or Goldberg or Brock come in and do their own thing, those some personalities have to tear them down for not being "one of the boys"?? The hypocrisy is hilarious.

I don't think Jericho was just treating it like a business. He comes off as such a dick in some interviews

I always liked Kevin because he never came across like most of his other kliq buddies seriously I have never heard about him being a locker room politician and usually 9 times out 10 he was the best part of the interview sections of any pro wrestling show he was on I truthfully think Kevin could have been a comedian

There's plenty stories about him being a politician, true or not. Especially for beating Goldberg, his friendships with Shawn and HHH, Dixie Carter, etc.

I thought Nash did make an appearance at one of the Tribute to the Troops shows, but if I’m right, it could have been when they started doing them at bases in the US.

I appreciated and still do all of the wrestlers who have gone and still go to entertain my fellow troops. I do take a bit of umbrage with those who felt or feel it unnecessary.

About 20 years ago, I was sitting at the airport in Oakland, waiting for my plane, when I saw RVD 30 feet away. I looked at him. He looked at me. I nodded. He nodded. I consider it a great missed life opportunity that I didn't do the R-V-D gesture - that and nothing else.
