Thank you Kevin, this helped a lot. I've been doing medical transcription on my pc and I really counted on the word options proofing so that I could make as many medical terminology phrases with a couple of letters that would make it go so much quicker but you were right; I've been looking for hours now and there just is no option on the drop down for this function - I'm just thrilled that I found out how to single space my consultation letters and that's better than nothing. Thanks again.

This is great 6/14/2020 have old mac just converted to new Mac and my old key for office doesnt cross over to this computer. This video made it easy to log in and access the office app. Now I can do my work without paying annual fee. Thank you again

Hey Kevin! Another awesome video! Thank you for this! There are still so many people out there who think that you have to pay for MS Office , and this video shows the Real Deal and the fact that it is totally free really helps people with this expanding and innovative enviornment. Cool that updates are coming out for free office online and the Apps all the time! To be honest, I use free Office even MORE than I use my desktop Office 2010 now. This is because of the great file sharing functionality. Oh, as a sidenote I did send an email to you @ Microsoft telling a liitle more about me and my history with computers and video games. Hey Kevin, I've been having trouble with my ms word. when I click on it, it's there, but it doesn't come up on the screen. I can see it down on the task bar, and when I hover over it, it shows the window, but it doesn't show on the screen. I've tried re-installing it, going on Run and fixing it, Task Manager, repairing it through Office... Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Please help! I'm currently writing a chapter for a fanfic I have, and I'd like to get back into it as soon as possible. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hii .. I installed it using the same method but it didn't work for me. When I am opening word, it is showing me the dialog box showing CREATE AND EDIT FOR 5 MORE DAYS. Basically it is for 5 days trial. Please help me out.

Hey Ann-Marie - what doesn't work about the second option? I'd like to get it to work for you. Can you go to my channel in KZfaq, click on About, and send me an email with the following? We'll investigate why it's not working for you. Version information - You can find the version information under Windows Settings and then Apps. • What version of Microsoft Office do you have installed? • What version of the Office app do you have installed? Accounts • Do you use more than one account? If so, which account do you use with the Office app? • Do you have an active O365 subscription? • If you have more than one account and an active subscription, which account is the subscription associated with? Alternatively, you can paste the following commands into a cmd window (open Windows Search and type in cmd) and then send me the office.log file that should be in your user directory (mine for example is in c:\users\kevstrat). Whenever I try to click word in the Office app it redirects me automatically to MS Word app, saying that I needed to sign in even though I’m already logged in. Also keeps on showing that I cannot edit my documents. Please help I need this for my online class.

Does this work for tablets too? I have a Microsoft account but when I downloaded MS WORD and POWERPOINT, I was asked to pay to access it. Even ONENOTE was not working properly as 90% of features and tabs were non functional.

I purchased Word some years ago and still use it. However, i find now that when i attempt to bring up a chapter already saved in a book I'm working on. It brings it up in Office 365 as if i never purchased the 2010 Office ;product. I would like to continue to work in 2010 office (and Word) of course without any interference from office 265. Can you help?

Hi Keving. I did everything you show on your video. But it will open word on "Editing mode" not allowing me to chose from the settings on top, like line spacing. Trying to type my new resume and won't allow me to do that. :(
