Kewa Datshi ( kewa-potato and Datshi-cheese) is a Bhutanese dish from Bhutan. Perfect for winter hot and spicy dish served with red rice or bread.

The course of the vegetables alone, makes me want to eat it. With that much chilli, it does seem as though it would be too spicy for me though.
