Hi Samantha. This has a 15 to 18 hour average battery life in voice activation mode. The memory capacity is 18 hours. Check it out in our Voice Recorders / Recorders on the Spy Equipment UK website

hello. would this pick up people speaking if the device was concealed in a handbag or jacket pocket or something similar? thanks

Hi there, yes the device will pick up even inside a pocket or handbag as long as the microphone is completely covered.
