That manager is an absolute asset to the Marshalls Group. Handled impeccably, not a curse word uttered or a raised voice at any instance. Worth every penny of what he's paid. Cool as a cucumber.

What in Heavens name makes you assume you have the right to walk into private premises univited, and walk around flming people, so called auditing. Used to enjoy these dealer videos, especially where you back down the rude managers etc… the guy never raised his voice, was more than reasonable with you, you just tried repeatedly to antagonise him and it never worked. He asked you to leave, you refused. The dealer vids are getting boring now, why don’t you go and audit the corrupt old bill

Surely by not leaving when asked you are trespassing...in earlier videos you always said if asked to leave you should or it's trespass. The manager there was totally professional.

To be honest I find in most cases you are the aggressor and antagonist to be honest. You called a sales man rude for not wanting to engage when he realised what you were doing. A lot of your videos are the same where you stand and debate when you have been given reasonable requests to stop filming or leave the premises instead you flip things and accuse other people. I would rather go to a dealership that was secure than have you poke around, besides which I always get a detailed video from the dealer. What would happen if you got hit by a car on private property where it clearly states no access to the public, there is no way you could hold them liable. Your videos are no longer entertaining or helpful to customers, more just a way of you earning money out of KZfaq instead of getting a real job!!!

Actually, these “audits” are great. He does a good job of “auditing” professional people who politely engage with him and ask him to leave. Well done to the people in his videos. A shame he doesn’t obey the law, is deliberately disrespecting them, has no manners, thinks his videos are “quality” and believes “auditing” is a real thing. So in fairness his delusion and ill health paint a great image of the people he is “auditing”.

This is the same dealership for both brands for Marshal group so he did have the right to not allow you into Skoda, The two heads of business will share the role and most likely for seat and audi which are also close by. Remember marshal is the franchisee

It looks like these videos have acted as a reminder over use of wing covers etc. in some dealers which is only a good thing. No need for the somewhat hostile behaviour towards the video being made. A more cordial welcome would have produced a better outcome for all concerned. As it was it turned into a fiasco albeit this HOB was far from being the worst encountered. Speaking of nobody cares about these videos Marshall have been posting on KZfaq since 2011. They have 710 subscribers in that time having posted in the region of 2,400 videos many of which gain less than 100 views. Compare this to one man with a handheld who started recently using his initiative to highlight the good and the bad as a snapshot of what took place on a particular day and we can see where the greater interest lies. Thank you.

Everyone here crying like muppets thinking that Audit The Dealer is annoying and doing the wrong thing, which is not true at all. The car dealers literally invite the public to see their cars and to enter the showroom, which is for the PUBLIC to view, this gives the public every right to come in, the car dealers have to risk that the public also comes in with cameras, such as their phone or other camera devices, if they dont want that to happen, then they should upfront tell everyone that they dont want that, with signs, with a public notice, whatever, then this would not happen. So in fact, Audit The Dealer has every right to do what he does, and he is not the only one doing it, even DJ Audits is doing it or UK Meet The Tyrants, there are many doing it, why is everyone picking on Audit The Dealer and bullying him? Have you not learned at school to not bully people? Get your own life together before you bully others.
