Whenever I start working with a new patient I always send them a handwritten note to get them excited about the process and getting better. I liked your idea of possibly sending an email as well that covers the steps in a more in depth way. Thanks for all the tips! These were great!

Thanks for this video on a Kickoff Meeting Checklist that will make projects great! I think it is so important to remember that project team members don't directly report into the Project Manager so motivating and saying thanks goes a long way in having your project team members 'move mountains' for you.

I have the Checklist, I just don't use the checklist --So Much work--OMG - My head is spinning ! Courtesy calls sounds prudent ! Always solid advice ! I Love treats ! Emmet is creepy :-)

Do you have to have a degree to become a project manager or can you take another path?
@AdrianaGirdler 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Lillian, most companies require a degree of some sort and they use this to weed out candidates. Having said that there isn't a degree for project management. You need to start working on projects in your company and start to get PM experience that way. Be proactive and ask to lead some projects once you have had some experience being part of a few. At that point you can look into some online PM courses which will teach you the practical side of project management. I will leave a link below to a free webinar.
