Ok, round two from my previous video of killing all cumans in Skalitz. This time with Hc version with all negative perks and no stolen armor. Just Henry with sword and horse.
If normal version was walk in the park, then this was a complete nightmare... Armored cumans assaulting Theresa act stupid most of the time, just standing around but all other cumans attack you more actively. Archers are deadly now and one cuman carrying spear will easily poke you down from horse.
But the main issue here is bleeding. As a negative perk of hemophilia, this will easily screw your fight.
Note: the "realism" of hc-version luckily affects enemies too, and even if enemies attack harder, bleeding is an issue to them as well.

The fight on horseback is very annoying but very effective

The "hitboxes" are somewhat screwed when hitting downwards. You have to strike a bit too early for hit. Another shitty feature is shooting bow from horseback, it just wont work.

@@toyotomiandgames horse archers are angles of death in this game. You can kill any amount of opponents without getting any damage. But if you use unmoded game without a target point, you need to upgrade your skill of archery to the 15 level first.

as your note pointed out, this is how hardcore mode in RPG should be made so it's more balanced and realistic (if that's what the producer aims for anw)

>hardcore is when you effortlessly and at the very beginning of the game with zero pumping and no armor on the HARD mode, you kill a squad of 10 above average mobs using only a horse and jumping back and forth (and we are not talking about abuse, like with the same roof and archery of just standing "targets"), in fact, this is the usual game mechanics, it's just that the NPCs in this game are complete idiots

In every war game cavalry>archers>infantry>cavalry but here it seems in reverse

Big groups of archers are the main threat to mounted combat on kcd

@@ErickMarcelloni Which is strange because its harder to hit moving targets and usually cavalry have higher armor

@@DmytroBogdan yeah archers are easy to hit and have low defence but they can strike back for high damage as well. Melee opponents on the other hand are basically harmless moving targets.

Health is restored after cutscene. You only get that scripted bleeding at that point.

Henry gets shot in the cutscene and a quest to reach tamlberg before the bleeding effect is kill henry starts. funny that the health restores so another bleeding start in this event.

I see your diligences. Would you please tell, how much do you played in the game at all?

In total, completed main storyline 3 times, normal, hc and hc without killing anyone plus something extras in sidequests etc. A bit over 500 hours says Steam.

it took me about 30 or 40 try in skalitz not to lose ''any'' health (not possible), next then after skalitz the cuman chased me and it took another more than 20 try to kill them all and stole the most valuable item for big profit $ and it didn't took me half an day to do it, however when i experience the combat mechanic and everybody fought like an master jedi and worst come to the auto lock enemy was the worst experience. trash game if it has however the combat mechanic like mount and blade bannerlord then it would be godly.
