With regular chanting to Shree ram mantras can make the performer strong will, using which they can achieve every happiness and success in life.

Correction from my side - Chhatrapati Shivaji mahraj first started celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi in great enthusiasm since Lord Ganesha was the Kuladevata (family god) of the Peshwas than The Ganapati festival was introduced by lokamanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak in 1893 @philbland

Morya Gosavi was a great devotee of Lord Ganesh in a village Shaligram in Karnataka in the fourteenth century.He prayed to lord Ganesha for permanent union with Him. Herefrom , Lord Ganesh blessed him and both of them became One. Also, he wished to be recited with the name of Lord Ganesh. For that reason, Morya is invariably recited at end of His pious name

Dear Phil, Jai Shri Ram is like bowing down to lord Ram . HE IS OUR ANCESTORS AND INCARNATION OF VISHNU , JUST LIKE KRISHNA .. FOR US HE IS venerable just Ganpati, Shiva, krishna , Durga , kaali, Hanuman .. if you don't have say Jai Shri raam due to yoir faith then it's ok coz if you are not saying in fear then i think you need widen your horizon .. every festival in sanatan has some significance . Hopefully, we're done with the Ganesh Chaturthi series of videos and moving to more towards touristy, non-religious videos🙏🙏🙏 Enough with whatever "big issue" there is with saying or not saying "jai shree Ram". For me festivals are fun so we can take a break from our regular lives. Dress up and have fun. When you go to Navrathri celebrations in Gujarat, Gujaratis are more Krishna lovers, Krishna's another avatar(manifestation of God) just like Ram is an avatar of God. When you go to Bengal for Goddess Durga puja, Durga is another manifestation of God. This is Hinduism. It's best just to enjoy the festivities and not get political or bring up politics or news(especially stuff you hear or learn from Pakistani friends who know nothing about what's happening in India) For me Jesus is another avatar of God and so is Allah. They're all manifestations of God. Keeps it peaceful between all religious groups in my mind.
