We love Math with Confidence! My son just finished level 2 & we will be jumping into level 3!!! Super solid curriculum. Gathering suggested manipulates the night before really helps with the lesson flow!! ☺️

I agree! It’s definitely a solid curriculum and yes, that’s the one thing I always tell others about this curriculum, prepping the materials before hand is super helpful.

I’ll be using this curriculum with my 4 and 5 year old. So far they love it, too.

I agree with you, we have been using this math curriculum this year and will definitely continue next year for first grade. I also love her books Addition/Subtraction Facts that stick, excellent supplement 😊

I’m looking at this for my kindergartener!!! She’s currently doing TGTB math but idk how well it’s working as she’s struggling with place value!!! I think I’d set it up like that!!! I made a ten frame for my daughter as I knew it would help her!!! I lose my daughter quickly as well as she’s 5!!! I didn’t know that math with confidence was everyday life math!!! I want that for all my kids!!! Cooking time is learning to cook and bonding time together!!!

Yes, it has a section in the lessons titled “Weaving Math into Everyday Life” that helps to relay that concept that what they’re learning can be seen in daily life. The Kindergarten level doesn’t cover place value, but I do see it listed in the first grade level.
