About the game:
Kindergarten is an abstract puzzle adventure game. You play as a student in a school that’s a bit…off. The teacher is trying to get rid of her kids. the janitor is frequently seen cleaning up blood. The cafeteria is serving the same slop over and over again. Kids are walking around with strange devices planted on them after visiting the principal, and one of your fellow classmates has gone missing. It’s up to you to figure out what’s going on, because your life might depend on it.

Black Girl Sanspai I wanna say she does. You're right it looks like he's about to shoot her and then everything goes crazy and he runs outside. I think she stays inside and is safe I believe 😃

Also note the lack of blood on him - which is very conspicuously on him when he "Expels" Lily in the Applegate line. So yeah. I think that Lily does walk away from this.

Um their names and even color/pallete look like YGO their name references pokemon or digimon in the terms "Monster" mon also being a joke in of itself as Mon stands for monster thus they are Monster Monster cards. So when you watch Pokemon it stands for Pocket Monster. And Digimon stood for Digital Monster. So yes you can infer that it's a reference to all 3.
