Kinessa Soft Rework Feels SURPRISINGLY Good! (Paladins PTS Gameplay)

Күн бұрынKinessa is getting a soft rework in the Tidal Surge update which features a new talent, several changes to her abilities, and a complete retune of her weapon that makes it more fluid, responsive, and adaptive to a wide variety of situations! The goal of this rework is to make Kinessa feel stronger and more fun to play without being painful to play against, and I'd say the devs did a pretty good job at it!

She's sha lin with a scope. The new charge rate for the sniper kind of reminds me how sha charges the dmg for the bow. And they both shoot 1000 dmg!

Sha lin got no damage falloff but no headshit damage so less dps. But ever hes more mobile and has better utility against flanks

@@kusolp544 Nessa shouldn't have damage falloff either since she's a sniper. Unless they changed it this patch.

Andrew this is very interesting, rejuvenate works with healing passives in decks and legendary, it works with Zhin's mist, dredge's portal, tiberius' combat trance, even the healing card with kinnesa's teleport, and of course also with the life steal cards of Vora or other characters but not with the life steal item itself, try it, it gives a lot of play.

still iffy on the Reuj change. It becomes complicated for those healers that also want to max out chronos and Moral boost first but now they have to slot in a 3rd item. It just feels weird.

from my experience she’s very strong, but any flank with a brain will be able to take you down pretty easy (probably just my skill issue) I would highly recommend strix if you haven’t tried him either, his ult is pretty meh but his invisibility makes up for it :)

I think I like this Rejuv rework better. Also reading no limited uptime on the Octopression rework. That means her "car wash" doesn't expire, right?

Don’t understand the DR change to the card when the transporter is out because you only vulnerable for like barely a second before you teleport

Ikr, plus smart kinessa players will just preemptively teleport anyways before they even take dmg. I suppose it can be useful when a flank manages to come close to her? Which can aid survival in small maps I guess.

Why tho? If u get hard flanked ur dead. If ur on range and low u could buy rip since u get some un-cauterized heal. With Meditation u have to wait or could just ask for heals from support(no hate just wanna know)

As a kinessa main I'd seriously argue that is isn't a nerf but a buff. Her charge rate increase combined with her fov changes makes her feel so much better to play.

all of these nessa card reworks are lame other than the one that adds the lingering effect to the slow. everything else from my memory sounds truly GARBAGE also why is he allergic to using mainfire

These things wont save the paladins they all are trivial. The skilled people will play it in any design anyways. Its always a bunch of crybabies who complain about small stuff and drain the energy of company staff. The game has an extreme cheater problem and it wont get better with these qol updates.

I'd argue this is a rather big buff. She can fire quite a bit faster now and the fov change is amazing. Makes landing shots and keeping awareness so much better.
