Thought I'd share this. I'm currently 49, will be 50 in October. I've seen EXTREMELY diminishing returns in the gym over the last 10+ years to the point where it felt like there was no reason to continue trying. I then decided my mindset had to change before anything else was going to, and at the same time discovered growth hormone peptides. I started a stack of Ipamorelin/CJC-1295/GHRP-2 in February, and in the last 3 months I've seen more progress than I ever did in the majority of my time in the gym in my 20s! Since roughly Feb. 1st, weight has dropped from 272 to 256 (252 the week prior but during that last week I gained a large lean mass increase coupled with fat loss), BMI went from 37.1 to 34.7, bodyfat from 41.3% to 34.7%, and skeletal muscle jumping from 25.8% to 29.3%. Right now I'm in the gym 6x a week, with 4 days being lifting days and 2 being HIIT-style cardio and abs in the morning, with an evening round of just the cardio 6x per week each evening (Mondays are nothing-days). I also eat a calorie deficit between 300-500, and count calories to the gram, with a ratio of 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs. I've just started generic Tirzepatide this last Monday and I've come to the conclusion that even with just the first dose of 2.5mg I already feel the effects of it on hunger. It quickly occurred to me that this stuff will be fantastic for those people who want to be able to include a fasting day or two in their weekly rotation! I've decided to not eat on cardio-only days, so two 24+ hr fasts per week, and today was the first fast. I haven't eaten for nearly 24 hours now and feel right as rain - no headache, no irritability, barely a hungry feeling, certainly not a problem. Just wanted to mention to those who are about to start taking it - this stuff is worth it just for the placebo effect. So many people fall off the bandwagon because they aren't seeing the results, but most expect results too soon, and so they stop... which causes this all to become a catch-22! Just the feeling that your results will be affected by this unfair advantage (because it really is) can be enough to keep you in the game, and that's what you want. I hope to see some crazy results in the next 3 months!

Thank you for your video! I have been following so I can learn more and more. I am in Texas and am able to get mounjaro for weight loss. I previously lost 100lbs on my own with keto. I lost it within 8 months and have kept it off within 10 pounds for 2 years. I have recently went up yet another 10 (grrrr....) I am still slightly overweight. I had kept it within the 10 lbs by eating keto Mon-Fri then off on the weekends, but then started slacking and going mon-wed keto, then off the other days and gained (naturally). I love walking so that has helped me some not to gain even more. So I had talked with my doctor & she suggested that with my age (43 female) that was likely a factor as well. So I started 3 weeks ago and it is seriously a miracle shot.... I have lost nearly 12 lbs. I did keto the whole time except 5 days and just started IF because there are so many health benefits and why not I am NOT hungry... I have 32 more lbs to lose. I did 2.5mg the first 2 weeks and we think I will just stay at the 5mg dose the rest of the time. I am just a keto girl and I love to walk so I think I will be fine on this dose. This has been such a miracle to not be hungry! The only side effect I have been having is that I am so cold. But I don't care what side effects I would be having I'd suffer thru to not be so hungry anymore... Please continue your videos!!!

I am on my fourth week of Mounjaro. Things are going very well though I have had nausea and vomiting. I'm down about 14 lbs. I find that the increased glucose control an amazing thing. Just curious, are you on this medication? If so, how are you doing on it?

Can you please make a video of risks of starting on 5mg or 7mg or 10 mg rather than ramping up is that a problem or just more GI issues…I can’t seem to find info on that?

Thank you! I have struggled all my life with weight issues. It would be nice to have a viable medical assist. There’s a doctor on KZfaq who claims that if you quit wegovy or ozempic, you will gain all the weight back plus more. Any comment regarding this?
