Tested a tandem version 3 weeks ago. The front pedal drive hit a submerged log at less than walking pace. It tilted forward, punctured the hull and the boat capsized in minutes! Caveat Emptor!

blacls Indeed it did, the hole couldn't accommodate your thumb, need to learn how to post vids but the retailers have refused warranty, can send pix to an email, thanks

If you go to the KK website www.kingskraft.com.au/ you won't find the tandem kayaks, they're heavily discounted at the Crazy Kayak shop in Albion Park. I'd say they're aware of the problem. I was in a deep calm river when it happened. Been canoeing and kayaking rivers for years never had this happen. Caveat Emptor

Can hdpe hulls be repaired? Is the hull have internal dividers or would the whole thing flood?

Does anybody know if a Hobie mirage drive unit can fit into this kayak instead of the original drive?

Kings Kraft Marketing is doing a rubbish job. Give me a review that reassures me im not wasting my money. Make me want it more than a wilderness or hobie peddle yak.
