In today’s project, we’re servicing a Kioti NX5510 HST 4x4 tractor. Engine oil and filter change. New fuel filter. New air filter. New hydrostatic filter. New transmission filter. We’ll also install a second rear hydraulic remote kit. Top of fluids and grease. And give her a bath. Let’s get ready for bush hog season!

I was diagnosed with dyslexia and a.d.d 12 years ago and have been envious of mechanically inclined people my whole life, you are amongst the most fortunate people I can imagine. It would take me 7 attempts with a helper to do what you did. Will be watching . Nice presentation

Thank you for showing everything a NX5510 HST needs (I have the exact same tractor purchased early this year with 200 hrs) which I am looking to do to get it ready for fall clean up and maybe some snow clearing duties.

It's an OEM Kioti kit. Everything was supplied right down to the zip ties and dust caps. The kit I ordered was part number KI-NXA122, that's the detent valve version (stays on when you push the lever). If you need a good Kioti parts supplier, check out Perry Power Equipment. I order lots of parts via email with them and it saves me driving to my dealer. Super knowledgable. Thanks again for watching!

My nx is a 2017 cab I bought for $23000. 200 hrs (now 250+) isn't a lot because it was only used to push horse manure and Bush hog 50 acres. I have seen other newer nx but with more hours in the $30k but not sure how realistic now market slowed down. But if you need a tractor, there's no good time or bad. However There's good time to buy as I picked up a new subcompact (NX too heavy for lawns) at end of year (the savings almost paid for all the attachments) so you might want to price out a new but buy at end of year. Appreciate the kind words. I use Rotella oil, and prefer OEM filters. My dealer is stuck in the 70s, and isn't a lot of help, but I've got a dealer in PA that I order all of my parts and filters through. Check them out. noltspower.com Thanks for watching!

Haha! Nothing fancy, a Duluth trading company shirt, rocking a few ragged patches and retired from daily use a while ago. They are light weight and breathe really well, which helps in our heat and humidity. Appreciate you watching!

Great video. I have an NX 4510 HST. I was wondering if you could share with me the part numbers for the hydraulic filter and the HST transmission filter. Do you know if Donaldson filters has a cross reference for either of these 2 filters. You make it look easy. I live in Utah waiting for some warm weather to do a similar service Thanks

Thanks so much for your kind words. You actually caught me on the tractor, so this is easy. OEM hydraulic filter is KIT4125-38021. OEM HST filter is KIT5710-38031. Not sure on a cross reference unfortunately. Hope Spring comes quick for you. Beauty day here on the east coast. Appreciate you watching!

thanks for sharing the video. I noticed your tractor doesn't have the inner secondary air filter. if you work in a Dusty environment you should run the inner air filter it's cheap insurance.

Great advice, and I fully agree. Unfortunately, Kioti doesn't have an inner filter listed, and I've yet to find one that fits. I try to keep a good eye on this one when things get dusty. Thanks so much for commenting and watching!

@@FoxfireProjects try Donaldson P822768 & P822769 or WIX 46489 & 46490. Thats what my NX6010HST uses. Donaldson also makes a HST filter that filters small microns for much less than the OEM, part #P573481

My new NX 5510 just arrived at dealership. Having them install a few items and should take delivery in the next week or so. Great video as I like do do all my own service work as well. Couple questions, How have you liked your NX 5510? any issues? and what degreaser did you use at the end of video and rinsed off? Thanks again!

Was that rear remote kit part number NXA116?

Brake cleaner. Removes oil and grease and evaporates leaving no residue. Thanks for watching!

Fuel filter. Manual calls for F5800-16411 I see you put on a F6800-16411 ...is there a difference?

Can’t accurately answer that unfortunately. I purchase the filters from my dealer, who uses the tractor serial number to look them up. I just checked back through all of my records, and this is the number I’ve always used without issue. Hope this helps. Appreciate you watching!
