व्यक्ति के लिये कितनी कैलोरीज़ जरूरी है ..यह आपने नही बताया । जैसेकि कठोर श्रम करने वाले /मध्यम दर्जे का श्रम करने वाले/साधारण श्रम करने वाले/बिल्कुल भी श्रम नही करने वाले और सिर्फ़ बैठे रहने वाले ..व्यक्तियो के लिये कितनी कैलोरी जरूरी हो सकती है ? कृपया यह भी भताईये ..
