That's in general what I was wondering. Like, Mizuhara has other clients, right? Someone should have seen her. And I am also pretty sure that she is a Rental one as well. Since we saw her in school uniform, my RomCom senses tell me that Kazuya finds out and they make an agreement due to her not being allowed to work.

That's why I can't watch Detective Conan Filler anymore, because while I don't always get how it's done, I usually can figure out who did it just because I connect the few randomly animated scenes.

Here's a free SPOILER for ur admirable deduction skills. Ruka is indeed a rental girlfriend but from a different agency and she isn't tsundere she's probably one of the clingiest/demanding yandere there is. But the fact she's in high school doesn't stop her and the agreement Kazuya,Mizuhara and Ruka come to is very omoshiroi not in a good way tho...
