I have a suggestion, if you want a lot more people to be able to find these two videos; Add “6L80” and “Tahoe” to the title of the videos. I came across these videos a couple of days ago and tried to search and find them today, but I could not because those keywords weren’t in the video title. I instead managed to find them by scrolling through my watch history.

Loved part 2 the only thing I would say is make sure that the torque converter stays in and does not get out of time with the pump I learned that the hard way. LOL I wished I could give you a thousand thumbs up

Nice work well explained, I do have one question do you have to put some transmission oil in the torque converter on the reman transmission before installation?? Or is not necessary?? Does the pump will fill it up once the engine is idling???

you did a great job .and flush coole line .it would be nice to show other to make shure the tork converter is complet push in the pump before install transmission and make shure tork did did not come out off pump before tighten transmission bolt .and not add all the fluid at ounces

Great work! The question is how did that tranny went out at only 100k miles? Abuse or bad manufacture quality?

i see a lot of mechanics put marks on drive shafts not needed. when they are building new vehicles they have a stack of driveshafts they simply put one in and on down the line it goes. if you had to replace the drive shaft how would you mark it? or if you replace the diff how would you mark. not saying its wrong but not needed. they aren't balanced as a unit
