WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Kiwi Jam Recipe | 3 Ingredients Kiwi Jam | Homemade Jam Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Kiwi 500gm
Wash with water
Cut into small pieces
Sugar 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Mix well
Boil for 5 mins
Realises water
Stir occasionally
Green Food color (optional)
Cook for 10 mins
Soften kiwi
Mash well
Keep stirring
Turns dark color
Drop some jam on a plate Its holding shape & line will not mix together, the jam is ready.
Boiling water
Boil the jar for 2 mins
Wipe up
Let it cool completely
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

My mom has too many kiwi plants in the back yard and we don't know what to do with the fruit. We ate some, make some ice cream, some cakes and muffins but I didn't know what to do with the rest of it. Thank you for this video, I will try this today! 💓
