Also, although it's not necessarily misunderstood, I do feel comment responses to 'Nvidia stop being a DICK' that are like 'MATE ITS BUSINESS ITS SIMPLY BEING CLEVER' are missing the point. I mean, sure, you're entitled to your opinion about it but I feel it's important for it to be known HOW they're being a dick and that it will negatively impact your experience in the longrun, regardless of which graphics card you get! It's not just be whining about 'good business practices' when it's really a market leader abusing their position at your expense.

Yeah, that whole Frankie thing was a lot of bullshit. I had no problem with him "cheating" or what it was and I was a long time fan of his videos. But seeing him DMCA:ing a bunch of videos, and then lying about it made me lose a lot of respect for the man.

Sarcasm doesn't work well in a lot of audiovisual media. It just doesn't transmit to the media consumer as well as in, say, print. At least that's what they say in media business. I don't fully understand why either, but if there's one thing that's universally present, it's stupidity, so it probably makes sense

@@samuelhackson828 I would argue the opposite. I mean the whole reason the internet invented the */s* (=/sarcasm) is because these kinds of things translate horrible to text. Most of the time you can hear a sarcastic undertone in the voice or see the overenthusiastic hand gesture.

He even cheated in DayZ, lmao. Someone uploaded a video with loads of proof as well, but then had to deal with false copyright claims on the audio. I don't think the video is up anymore, but essentially some of the meters will give you certain indications if a popular cheat is active, and some of his stats in DayZ don't match the action (blood splatter, no blood loss), which is a bit hard to explain to say the least.

Exactly.. I'm from the Czech Republic, so English isn't my "primary" language, but even then I understand his sarcasm and get all (or almost all) funny little details in his videos. Some people are just to stupid to use their brains O:)

As a non-native speaker, you tend to put more time into listening to and reading English. Native speakers will generally continue to use a word incorrectly, despite knowing that it's the wrong way. I find that an English student will correct their own speech as they have put time into learning English and want to do it correctly. I have trouble paying attention and end up missing a lot of things in certain videos and especially TV shows. But I always say that non-native English speakers will speak better than native speakers. It's difficult talking to most Americans (though that's probably just because Americans suck.)

Bon i believe that we can't be sure if the joke's on him if we can't find any comment hating on someone just to protect philip even if philip's wrong, because understanding him is a choice on itself as well, we have the right to have ideas,like how this guy believes that he understands philip, we should be respecting his choice if his/her choice don't make him/her hurt someone else's choice. Philip explained that he just want his viewers to make their own choices , in that regard the joke might even be on you.. I subscribed for after I saw your videos on dreams. I stayed for nostalgia and game reviews. I even started playing Total War thanks to your videos. The Total War video was one of the best videos you have ever made. I am not a fan of Total War in general, played like 3 hrs in total but I enjoyed every bit of it. I like it when you cut your gaming sessions into one short video and add a little bit of storytelling. Very enjoyable.

Dude, all your content is extremely enjoyable to watch, not because of the content, but more so because of you as a person. Very intelligent, mature, and charismatic. You are very adept at putting your thoughts across to us as the viewers in a relatable way. Many times I find myself drawing comparisons with the way you think to the way I think. Keep up the making of exactly these videos you focused on in this essay. They are the main reason I'm enjoying your content so much. If people don't get your messages, let them die dumb, they will never get it because they don't want to. I particularly liked "After the Credits". It was very entertaining. And with the hardware videos about Nvidia and AMD you perfectly expressed what I was feeling and thinking about these GPU manufacturers at that time. Furthermore I would love to see more like your Deus Ex and Skyrim content. Would be even better if it was more of these games in particular. Keep it up, you are awesome.

I am a trusted dieheart fan of your videos regardless of how many haters will down vote your videos. I was able to watch your videos to gain improvement on my rank in csgo or even gain more knowledge on videocards which has greatly improved my understanding in videogaming. You did the right thing to call out others who are actually "cheating", with or without their stories always changing. By doing so, you have contributed to making counterstrikes community a little better everyday. Thank you and keep posting more videos!

I love this little side channel so much. it feels so much more personal than the other 2. If you were on 2kliks or 3kliks you would have never said anything about the frankie situation because of all the backlash regaurdless of how you where right in the situation. I'm not sure why I'm surprised to see the reactions you got to these videos. I feel like I "get" your comedy and videos and I'm astonished people still leave those comments. Perhaps they didn't watch it, or maybe they did watch and undetstood but still decided to leave the comments. Or maybe they're just underage, I often forget how many 13 year olds there are on the internet.

I will pretty much always support you no matter what and I am sure many others will too. Frankie is immature and that behavior attract younger audience. I feel like your audience is much more mature and understanding. That's why his subscribed kids went full negative on you. However i am glad that you can see positive side in even rather negative things. Keep on good work and always be yourself :)

It's a shame that you are having these problems with your videos, as I personally loved all of them and really appreciate your efforts, either it being a sarcastic tone in the video or a clever title. Honestly it just makes me think people on youtube just search for things to be outraged at, with your Unity video as an example. 2Kliksphilip is my personal favorite of all your channels, heck that channel is the reason i even bothered subscribing to this one. Btw your Total War video is excellent.

I love the Medieval Total War video. I've never been very into such games, only C&C Generals: Zero Hour but I really enjoyed that video.

I thought I just sootted you here in Sweden but then I checkes and you'd uploaded this, the guy had your style of clothes on and was at a computer I kinda freaked out :P I would fill this comment up with loads of stuff like philip better than 98% of ppl on de youtubez but you already know it. And the other 2%, are ppl on the same level as you, I adore you and wish you all the luck with VeXXsie, considering she haven't uploaded a video in like 10 months, I'm getting worried, but I hope she's okay. I know this doesn't really fit the theme of the videos as much on 3kliks, but I wish you had posted it there. But at the same time, I guess here you know that your audience cares more about your more in depth self analysis/more personal videos and it is up to you at the end of the day where you post stuff.

I've found alot of KZfaqrs who do something shady come out better if they just play the victim or deny any wrong doing then actual do the mature thing, own up to the issue and learn from it. The worrying thing is this seems to be exactly what Trump does and it got him all the way to the very top. Kind of worrying for those of us with a conscience and empathy
