What is it that makes a commercial not only very good but also memorable? Both Emirates and KLM should be mentioned as exceptionally gifted in 2021: is it the music, defining lifetime moments, the unknown and the return of the usual, diversity and inclusion in all different shades of Blue, the Royal Dutch Blue. You'll survive another century!

I'm a disabled stroke victim. Here in China. After if we treated be like rubbish. They canceled my flight and left the disable standed. in the whealchair because of the screw up cancelled my flight. They refuse to take responsibility for the screw up . They refuse to take responsibility for this problem to it.

Hm, a shame you fired so many people during covid though and now have massive issues at Schiphol. Proud of your people, until it gets difficult. I used to love KLM, used to think it was the best company ever. Then covid came. Flights got cancelled. Didn't get a refund for my voucher and lost 300 euros on this by this summer absolutely useless voucher amidst the chaos om schiphol and expensive fuel prices due to the war. I am severely dissapointed. You should have given me my money back.
