He had a slow start where I doubted wether he was premier level, but gosh he has certainly grown into the team, so intelligent, he was absolute levels above Caceido and Enzo. Amazing bargain. Macallister was a steal as well tbh. But Endo deffo the bargain of the year👌👍

I think the reason that game is so meaningful to Klopp is because it was a true CLUB win. How many people at the club had a hand in getting those kids ready to come in and help get us over the line? As the manager at the top of the club, that has to be so gratifying and bring you so much pride.

This was 'a' great win for so many reasons. There have been so many under Klopp though. If it comes down to personal choice, then for me it's still the home game 4-0 v Barça. Where luck played no part. Simply a great Liverpool side outplaying the opposition for 90 minutes. Total football. Total press. Total commitment. Unbelievable joy. 10/10😊

There's a difference in bringing players up from the academy most been there since an early age or we brought for a few thousand compensation or buying young players for millions and millions its a massive difference

Chelsea played 8 u-23s yesterday, Liverpool 7. Chelsea's cost them 454m. Liverpool's cost them 38m. Chelsea's young players had 875 senior appearances and 87 senior caps between them. Liverpool's had 407 and 24. The 4 youngest players who played were all from Liverpool... 48 senior appearances between them (36 from Quansah).

@@gillie-monger3394 yeah, it's absolutely bollocks. They had a "younger team", barely, because Boehly filled their squad with ridiculously overpriced 22-24 year olds. That's all it is. There's no comparison with what Liverpool have done.

Can't lie, at the start of the match, I looked at our subs bench and felt a bit sick. I saw no way he would win it. But, oh boy, did they proved me so wrong. Amazing performance.

This was a grate victory for the club players and Jurgen but the champions league is still his biggest victory it's what him and the players who played in the final will be remembered for and they will probably feel the most proud of the league is a close second hopefully win the league again this season and the europa the fa Cup mybe too much with the injuries but you never know boss content people

Diaz is NEVER going to be a scorer the way Mane was, but that's not so important because his actual role is to set the pace/standard of attack which everyone else works off of. He literally runs till he can't anymore. He'll probably get you 10-15g a season but you're not playing him just for goals. Also what a signing Endo turned out to be. After 10-15 games of the season I and most fans were like 'Well, he was a short-term waste of money.' But he's come on bounds since then. It usually takes a player 5-6 months to adapt to Klopp's football and that's clearly what has happened.

Exactly took fabhino 6 months, looks like gravenberch is still adapting. Endo is levels above what I thought we were getting tbh. Absolute baller 👍as you say Diaz offers so much more than just Goals. Always takes us up the pitch, good for 15/20+ GA a season, still more than most in his position in the league tbf

Wouldn’t be starting any of the players for Southampton that started yesterday. We need them all fresh and recovered for Saturday. Simply do not have enough of a squad left to go for the FA Cup. All the focus should be on the league.

We don't have enough registered players to form a 13 man cup squad without using nearly all those who beat Chelsea. There's not enough time to recall Carvalho even. I expect pretty much the same squad tbh. It may be too early to call back Mo, Núñez and Szobo' considering the PL. Look what happened to TAA. It's going to be a struggle for a couple of months, that's for sure.

Love this club. Still find it hard to comprehend Jurgen will be leaving end of szn. One can argue this team could be on its way to being the best one he will ever have in a year or so… yet he gonna leave?? Fishy. I say we push the owners out the door and save our legendary manager from leaving. 😝

Nothing fishy. The guy's given everything he can, (or do you think the boss is lying to us), and rightly putting health and family first. Let's be happy for these 8 years. But I do expect he'll be back in football by the 25/26 season, probably for the German national side.
